This Bespoke Office in Oak was designed to wrap around three of the walls in the Study room of a new build house in Chew Magna.
The Solid American Oak desktop which surrounds the user in a 'U' shape has a shallow but extra wide Pen Drawer fitted just below the main work area.
To the right of the Pen Drawer, below the oak desktop, is a Pedestal containing two solid oak dovetail jointed drawers and a space for the Printer. The Printer rests on a Pull-out Drawer Shelf so that it can be conveniently concealed when not in use.
Opposite the work area, above the oak worktop is a set of Pigeon Hole style Bookshelves. Each of these bookshelf units contains three adjustable height / removable shelves.
Below the pigeon hole style bookshelves is a pair of Twin Double Door Cupboards. Each of these cupboards contains an adjustable height / removable shelf.
The Cornice, Facade, Worktop, Door Frames, and Tongue and Grooved end panels are all in Solid American Oak which has been hand polished in two coats of Satin Polyurethane Varnish followed by a final coat of Matt Polyurethane Varnish to give a durable deep sheen.
